This system is for a zone 21 environment.
Empty containers pass under the filler where a measured quantity of liquid is dispensed. After weighing, it can be rejected if out of spec, or continues to the pickup area. The
pick and place unit picks a lid from the conveyor, places it onto the filled
container, and delivers it to a slot in the waiting tray. Once the tray is full,
it is moved into the storage container.
