Zone 22 environment with certified components.
The component is hand assembled in 5 stages by a set of operators
In assembly 1, two sections are glued together and left to cure in the WIP store.
In assembly 2, the previous assembly is glued to another section and left to cure in the WIP store.
In assembly 3, the previous assembly is added to a container and the base crimped
In assembly 4, the completed container is filled with volatile product and the top screwed on. This is in a explosion resistant enclosure
In assembly 5, the completed item has a label identification added
