Hot Die Handling |
The cold die is placed on the datum table. The cart picks
it up and moves it into the oven where is is heated. Once hot, the cart
transfers it to the press where the part is formed. Once the press had completed,
the cart returns the die to the oven where it is cooled down. Once sufficiently
cool, the die is transferred to the inspection table where it is removed.
