Panel Building |
All our panels are designed and built specifically for the equipment they will be controlling. We aim to make the panels as small as possible to reduce the required floor area.

Control Panel Suites |

Individual panel sections can be joined together, either in a single line, or distributed around the system. Each panel section would be dedicated to a machine section. By placing the control PLC in a separate HMI desk, and using distributed techniques, a multi-panel suite could be reduced to a single panel. |

Stand Alone Panels |

 |
Smaller systems only require a single panel for all the control gear. Even with large systems, using distributed techniques such as field-buses and machine mountable drives, the main panel size can be minimised. |

Networked Drives |
|
 |
By networking drives over a field-bus, greater control is available and less I/O is required for running a system with multiple motors. Due to the reduced I/O count, panel size is reduced. |
