Operator Interface |
The operator controls are an important part of the system. They can range from a simple pushbutton control station with no diagnostics, through standard HMI devices giving full control and diagnostics capabilities and ending in a top of the range SCADA system capable of interfacing to plant production systems, giving process data logging and supervisory statistics.

High End PC Based SCADA Control Stations |
On large systems, or where a lot of different configurations are required, a PC based HMI system is usually the best solution. The complete system can be shown on the display, with diagnostics, mimics and alarms as required. Where an interface to a plant production control system is required, PC based visualisation is usually the best choice. With this level of interface, detailed information is required to realise its full potential. |
Standard HMI Displays |
Simpler systems with few I/O points or those that are designed for a small range of products, do not require PC based HMI's so a standard HMI display can be used. These still allow complete control and diagnostics, without the un-needed functionality of the PC systems. Our displays will show all the information required to run the machine, and to diagnose problems without opening a panel or connecting a laptop. |
Pushbutton Control Stations |
Where the operator is continually controlling a section of the system, standard pushbuttons are used to maintain reliability and give a positive feedback. |
