Single Winder, Labelling, Wrapping and Stacking |
A single winder is unloaded, the individual reels labelled and wrapped. The reels are then stacked on pallets based on a pre-defined pattern
A set of reels are unloaded from the winder and separated.
They proceed to the labelling station where a belly and inside core label
is applied. At the next station after labelling, the reel is completely
wrapped. Finally the, reel is rotated so that the belly label points outward
on the pallet, before being stacked to the required pattern by a 4 axis
precision robot
