A single winder is unloaded, the reels arriving as a set without gaps. The reels are then stacked on pallets based on a pre-defined pattern
A set of reels without gaps are unloaded from the winder.
The set is visually checked by the operator and the number of reels verified.
The diameter is measured before being picked up by the core using a 4 axis
precision robot. The set of reels are separated and stacked on the pallet
in a single operation. Interleave sheets are inserted between layers
