where in floor stops catch the reels. A shuttle pan moves reels to the wrapper transfer line The transfer pan moves the reels into the wrapper Reels can be up to 2200kg mass |

Heavy Duty Shaft Extraction |

A Hydraulic lift table moves on rails to the shafted
reel. New cores have been pre-loaded into the guide trough. A winch rope is fed
through the cores and attached to the centre of the shaft drive collar. The
shaft is pulled from the reel and re-cored in one operation. This is capable of pulling shafts in excess of 2500kg mass |
