Integrated Wrappers |
For pallet handling applications, we integrate conveyors and wrappers
with optional top sheet feeders.
For reel wrapping applications, we integrate conveyors, with radial
or axial film wrappers with optional paper/kraft/edge protection application

Turntable Pallet Wrapper and Sheet Feeder |

The pallet is placed on the in-feed chain conveyor. It is driven through the sheet feeder, where the top sheet is applied, onto the wrapper turntable. The pallet is then wrapped in a single pass, eliminating the delay some other systems have when the sheet feeder is above the wrapper. After wrapping, the pallet is driven out of the wrapper onto a discharge roller conveyor where it is removed. |

Radial Reel Wrapper |

The Reel enters the wrapper on its belly via the 'V' belt conveyors. Once in the middle of the wrapper, the roll is lifted off the conveyor and the turning rollers close. Once ready, the roll rotates and the wrapper head arm rotates around it to create a fully enclosed package The tail is heat sealed to retain the wrap integrity. Finally, the rollers open allowing the wrapped reel to return to the conveyor and be transported away. |

Axial Reel Wrapper |

The Reel enters the wrapper on its belly via a transfer beam. Once in position, the film is attached to the reel using a spot of hot glue and a vacuum applicator arm. The steering arms prevent the reel from wandering as it rotates. A label is fed into the wrap during the final stage before a final application of glue adheres the film to the previous wrap layers. Once complete, the transfer pan removes the reel. |
