Working anticlockwise:

rolls are automatically unloaded from the winder via a cart, the rolls are then doffed onto another cart and transferred to the appropriate sorting bin.

Once a set has been assembled they are doffed onto the belt conveyor and transferred to the preparation station. Separation sheets and labels are applied before the rolls are kicked into the wrapper. The rolls are then axially wrapped.

Finished bundles are kicked out of the wrapper onto the upender and turned through 90 degrees prior to being transferred onto the powered roller conveyor
